Caroline Feeney is an experienced MedTech quality consultant with over 20 years in the global medical device industry. 

Now working independently, she partners with early-stage life science companies in Europe and the US on a range of quality, regulatory and operational challenges—including clinical trial applications/deliverables, quality system development, design verification and transfer, and preparing for various certifications. Prior to consulting, she held senior quality leadership roles at a large multinational MedTech company, where she led global teams and initiatives across manufacturing quality, new product development, and post market quality.    

Caroline began her career as a research scientist at the National Diagnostic Centre at University of Galway. She brings a collaborative, practical approach to quality leadership, with a focus on building strong teams, driving continuous improvement, and enabling sustainable growth in regulated environments.   

Caroline is a graduate of University of Galway.
