Dr. Claire Kerins
Dr Claire Kerins is a Lecturer in Evidence Based Healthcare and registered dietitian with extensive clinical experience across varied healthcare settings. She is a member of both the Health Implementation Research Hub at University College Cork and the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research Leadership Team at the US Veterans Health Administration. Her research interests include food and nutrition, chronic disease prevention, health policy implementation, implementation science, and evidence synthesis. Claire is a graduate of the HRB SPHeRE PhD Programme in Population Health and Health Services Research and the Irish Implementation Science Training Institute.
Outside of work, Claire is a proud mammy to two little boys who keep her busy with reading stories, forest walks, and baking delicious treats!
