Dr Marie Browne, Sponsor Officer, Clinical Research and Development Office (CRDO)

Marie has more than 10 years Clinical Research experience working across numerous roles in the CRFG. She lead the development of University of Galway CRFG Vigilance system and contributed to the development and refinement of the coordination processes in her roles as Vigilance Officer and Clinical Trials Programme Manager.

Marie now works as the Sponsor Officer in the Clinical Research and Development Office where she is responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of systems to assure University of Galway sponsored clinical research undertaken is in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards.
