University of Galway Engineering Prize Giving Ceremony

University of Galway; Engineering Prize Giving Ceremony

The annual prize-giving ceremony at the University of Galway's School of Engineering is a special event where we acknowledge the accomplishments, skills, and dedication of our engineering students—both postgraduate and undergraduate—in both individual and group projects.

Our sponsors come from various fields, including industry, public agencies, institutions, and private individuals. These sponsors have built lasting relationships with the School of Engineering and the University over the years. They support the development of our students by providing work placement opportunities and engaging in student project work, they recruit our graduates recruitment, they collaborate with our researchers, and participate in industry advisory boards.

These collaborations have greatly contributed to the growth and success of our students, and our School. The ceremony is a time to appreciate the collective efforts that have shaped the academic and professional journey of our engineering community.
