Some of our Galway neuroscience centre (GNC) outreach team members went to the BT Young Scientist and Technology exhibition in Dublin on January 9^th.  They displayed an interactive model of the human brain, paper brain hats, a Benham’s disk, visual illusions, Stroop effect and Irish language description of Neuroscience and Stroop effectand a presentation on activities of the GNC.  Lots of GNC stickers were distributed to those that visited the GNC display stand for people to take home.  Thanks to John Kelly, Ciara Egan, Jonathan Costello, Saoirse Casey for representing the GNC at another hugely successful and enjoyable outreach event.
