GNC PI Dr Isma Liza Mohd Isa awarded IBRO Collaborative Research Grant

Dr Isma Liza Mohd Isa has been awarded an IBRO Collaborative Research Grant to support her visit to the Center for Neuroscience and Regeneration Research, Yale School of Medicine, VA Medical Center, West Haven, USA, for an international collaboration with Prof. Sulayman Dib-Hajj. 

Dr Mohd Isa recently visited the laboratory for research on this project. Where she focuses on investigating sodium channel signalling in intervertebral disc degeneration in a human disc-on-a-chip model.
