Brainstorming Format
Do you have a grant or initiative in mind you would like to discuss? Are you looking for collaborators?
Come prepared to discuss during the brainstorming session. Dr Cynthia Coleman will begin this session by speaking bout the MSCA Staff Exchanges programme.
Speed Networking Instructions for Round 1 and Round 2
Round 1
You will be assigned a number once you have taken a seat. All odd numbers stay sitting. All even numbers will move to the left. You will have approx. 90 seconds per interaction. Details can be tracked on the interaction tracker sheet.
Round 2
You will be assigned a colour depending on your number ( blue= even, green = odd). Please take a seat according to the seating chart available onsite on the day. This will be your starting position for round 2. Only numbers that have a star symbol next to them will move to the left. If you do not have a star your number badge, you will remain seated for round 2 .You will have approx. 90 seconds per interaction. Details can be tracked on the interaction tracker sheet.
