Nina has a background in STEM research with a PhD in Physics. Nina is currently a Senior Research Support Officer within the Pre-Awards team (National) of the Research Office, supporting the College of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences and the School of Psychology. 

She provides comprehensive pre-award support to researchers, including funding strategy development, proposal preparation support/advice, compliance guidance, and coordination across institutional and national programmes.
