Dr Sonja Khan

Dr Sonja Khan is the Head of Education at the Institute for Clinical Trials, and oversees the development and delivery of educational programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of academic excellence and industry relevance.

Additionally, Sonja serves as a Director on the taught MSc Clinical Research, as well as a co-Director on the MSc Applied Clinical Data Analytics, her roles include guidance on curriculum, mentoring students, and collaboration with faculty to enhance research training.

Her role as a lecturer allows her to engage directly with students, fostering their understanding and enthusiasm for clinical research and specifically ethics and therapeutic applications in biobanking.

Dr Khan is the is a member of the BioBANC na Gaillimhe team and co-host of the annual BioBANC Symposium.
